Continuing Education Program (CEP) was started at Wolaita Sodo AVET College thirteen years ago with Certificate and Diploma programs in different fields of Agriculture. The college started these activities in 2011s with few programs and has been expanding in depth, width, and magnitude over time and space. CEP program is taking both in regular and week end programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The continuing education programs that the college has been running are demand driven, relevant and appropriate to build the capacity of the workforce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By understanding the evolving role of the College, Continuing Education Program (CEP) Coordination facilitating student access and success through the implementation of equitable, accessible education infrastructures, generating income while also provides free education opportunity for   the society who cannot learn with tuition fees.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a shared vision of the regional agricultural and natural resource  bureau Continuing Education Program (CEP) Coordination is running in six  department in Weekend, Summer and Night program :- Natural resource, crop production, animal production, Irrigation and Drainage, Animal health and cooperative accounting and auditing  in order to boost production, productivity, conserve and properly utilize natural resources, produce quality products intended for the industry and for the export market thereby improving the livelihoods of women and men farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Human resource:-one CEP coordinator, One registrar, 6 department representative, one data recorder and one messenger<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduate student up to 2024:- Male: 2,075<\/u> and<\/strong> Female:-1,703 <\/u><\/strong>in Total: – 3,778<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently enrolled and learning student: – Male:-1293<\/u><\/strong> and Female:-1417<\/u> <\/strong>in Total: – 2710<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
